REGISTRATION

To register please fill in the on-line registration form. After submitting this form, a PDF file will be generated. Print this PDF file and send it by fax (34 93 401 1861) to the CD05 Conference Secretariat together with receipt of your bank transfer or your credit card information.

Registration forms will not be processed until payment has been received and authorized.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in Euro and free of bank charges for the payee by one of the following methods:
Credit card
MasterCard and VISA cards are accepted by including your credit card details on the Registration Form to be mailed or faxed to the Conference Secretariat.
Bank transfer
Bank transfers have to be without any bank charges for the payee. The transfer has to be made into the following account:

A copy of the bank transfer should be enclosed with the Registration Form.
Bank cheque (only cheques drawn on Spanish bank accounts)
Bank cheques must be issued to "Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya" for the total ammount payable, free of charge for the payee, and sent to the Conference Secretariat contact address.Personal cheques drawn on bank accounts from outside Spain will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

After receiving the payment, you will receive a registration card. This card should be presented at the Registration desk on arrival.

INVOICES

Invoices to EU citizens or EU institutions will be sent to participants, that provide a valid EU VAT number, upon request.
