PUBLICATIONS All delegates participating at the conference received a Book of abstracts. A post-conference Proceedings will be published in a CD by ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) after 6 months of the conference. All registered participants will receive one CD containing the Proceedings once it is published. Full papers of the presentations should be submitted by July 1st, 2005. Further information is available at the Full papers instructions. The
submission procedure is to send your manuscript (Word document) on a
CD together with a hard copy of the full paper manuscript and the signed
hard copy of the Copyright
